Our SafePix® service records your most important assets for insurance purposes. Jewelry, electronics, furnishings, art, and your general residence contents are all easier to replace if they have been properly photographed and inventoried. Don't forget your vacation home, recreational vehicle, or cabin-class boat! Snapshots are more than adequate for general purpose protection, and you do not need a professional to perform this service - but you do need to take out the camera and go to work!

SafePix® uses studio lighting, macro close-up lenses, and forensic measuring tools to record your possessions so that if lost, destroyed, or stolen you can more easily achieve replacement.

Once your photos are taken, a CD or DVD is burned on site, verified, and the original images are erased from our equipment while you watch. No record of your belongings remains in our camera or computer.

The SafePix® service is only provided in Dallas and Tarrant counties in Texas.

There is a base fee of $125 for this service which includes travel to your location and one CD or DVD of your images.
The photography fee is $95 per hour with a minimum charge of Base Fee + 1 hour ($215)
Extra disks are recommended - one to keep at home and one for your insurance agent or safe deposit box
If you have the knowledge and ability to make your own disk copies, this is more cost effective as copying time is charged at the hourly rate

Save money by:
- having your small items assembled near a large table where we can set up the table top studio
- creating a list of larger items and locations that you wish to have photographed
- being prepared to accompany the photographer from point to point in order - we will not move through your property unattended
